The questions from my critical incident which you have to answer them through theories are the following:
The question (why was she rude to me)? the best theory which talks about that is high and low context as I come from high context culture, so avoiding saying no(face saving), whereas she is from low context and they are Direct.( so she was not rude it was only different culture.
Why could not I understand her body language? The best two theories will non-verbal miscommunication. Also there is another theory which is parochialism also occurred here, as I thought that all culture have the same non-verbal communication which I was wrong)
Why was she refusing my help each time? I come from collective culture where we work as group and she comes from Individual culture where they like to be Individual
