You will utilize Giger and Davidhizar’s Transcultural (Will up load the results form that Assessment Tool to perform the assessment.) The tool is located in your textbook on pages 6-10. After assessing the client, you will write a 4 – 5 page paper summarizing your findings. You must include a minimum of three credible references, in addition to your personal communication with your client. (Your textbook may be one of your references).

Directions:

1. Complete assessment of a person from a different culture using the Giger and Davidhizar Transcultural Assessment Tool.
2. Using the information gathered in your assessment, summarize your findings in a 4-5 page paper (no longer than 5 pages long). Include the following topics:
a. Describe the interviewee and his or her cultural heritage.
b. The individual’s ethnic group in relation to the present U.S. Census data.
